Dr. Mohamed Abdel Aal
Dr. Mohamed Abdel Aal maintains a broad commercial practice with an emphasis on intellectual property (IP) Registration, Licensing and Litigation, including patent, trademarks, geographical indication, Know-how, copyright and neighboring rights and protection of new plant varieties. He handles arbitration cases in the some aforementioned areas. He provide legal advice regarding IP Infringement Online especially on hypertext linking and Trademark & Domain Name disputes.
Dr.Abdel Aal has distinguished and extensive expertise regarding the legal protection of biotechnological inventions from his doctoral thesis and from providing legal advice for Egyptian Patent Office. He also has extensive experience with respect to reviewing and drafting; the contracts of Access to genetic resources and the fair and equitable sharing of benefits arising out of their utilization, the license terms and conditions for Bio-prospecting and release of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) into the Environment for therapeutic and environmental purposes, and the labeling policies and terms of genetically modified (GM) foods.
Dr. Abdel Aal has extensive experience concerning corporate Issues, anti trust, and drafting the commercial contracts, he is legal counsel for some corporations in Egypt. He participate in numerous conferences which had been organized by the world intellectual property organization (wipo), as well as the Middle East & North Africa International Franchise Exhibition which was held annually.
His Ph.D., from Ain Shams University, for a dissertation entitled "The legal protection of biotechnological inventions" . This thesis is the first of its kind in the Arab world. He handles the cases and drafting of the contracts in Arabic and English.

She obtained her law degree from Maharaja Sayaji Rao University, Vadodara, Gujarat, India, in 2003 (Gold Medalist). She also has a degree in Business Administration
She is a member of Indian Lawyer's Forum, Kuwait. She is registered with Tamil Nadu Lawyers Council, Chennai, India. She is a member of Gujarat Lawyers Association , Gujarat, India.
Mrs. Bhumi Shah has experience of practicing in Madras High Court.
